Suzuki Cultus

Suzuki Cultus History

Suzuki Cultus, a car known for its appearance, was launched in Pakistan in 2000 by Pak Suzuki with a 1000cc 3 cylinder carburetor engine and 5 speed manual transmission. The car has a very simple appearance and was launched in three variants namely VX, VXR and VXL. The hatchback's slim shape and affordable price made it feast for the eyes, or it could be said that at that time it was the only hatchback that had a nice interior while maintaining its sleek exterior. The interior is luxurious because of the price. Comfortable driving. The rear suspension is independent, which ensures a smooth ride even on rough roads. In 2001, factory-installed CNG production started, which became more convenient for buyers.

The Cultus VX variant has a black bumper without air conditioning, while the VXR is equipped with a bumper colored to match the body and air conditioning. The Cultus VXL variant is fully loaded in addition to the VXR. The features that are part of the VXL include POWER CONTROL, POWERFUL WINDOWS and SIDE MIRRORS.

In 2005, Pak Suzuki discontinued the VX variant while the VXR and VXL were still in production. Even though it doesn't have safety features like SRS airbags or ABS, it still manages the market very well.

During this period, Cultus received several minor cosmetic changes including LENGTH ALLOYS, DOOR LIGHTS, FRONT AND REAR BUMPER, and HEAD AND REAR LIGHTS. The interior includes color changes to the AC-GRILLS, FRONT PANEL COVER and SPEEDOMETER.

In 2007 Mr. Suzuki made a significant change at the heart of the cult and that is EFI ENGINE. The old 3-cylinder carburetor engine has been replaced with a new 4-cylinder EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) engine, while the gearbox remains the same. EFI engines provide better average fuel value than carburetor engines because everything in the EFI engine works on sensors and actuators that are controlled by the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) while increasing power and torque. The available variants are referred to as VXRi and VXLi.

In 2010, Mr. Suzuki released the Suzuki Swift, but their own Cultus VXLi became a competitor to the new Swift, so they had to stop producing the VXLi to increase sales of the newly made Swift.

In 2012 Pak Suzuki introduced the Euro II technology. It is used to avoid harmful emissions from vehicles and to protect the environment. Vehicles with EURO technology are also called Green Vehicles.

In 2016 Pak Suzuki launched the Cultus Limited Edition. The shape is the same, but some cosmetic changes were made, including new door panels and fabrics, a 2-DIN sound system, matching rearview mirrors, and alloy wheels. The price of the last edition of the Cultus rose to 11.24 PKR of lacquer for Euro II and 11.99 PKR for the Euro II CNG variant.

This limited edition of Cultus will be extended around. In February 2017, Pak Suzuki's representatives mentioned the end of the Cultus reservation in a press release. At 17 years old, the Sect is almost over and is continuing with a whole new regime.

After Cultus ended, photos of the New Cult were leaked and disseminated on the Internet. This has become a hot topic for all automotive websites / bloggers and automotive enthusiasts. Many of them praised the car because they did not expect a modern car from SUZUKI.

In April 2017 Pak Suzuki officially launched the NEW CULTUS with a new hatchback, which is dynamic and elegant, as well as a spacious luxurious interior. Internationally this car is known as the Suzuki Celerio, and in Pakistan, people also expected the same name, but it was released under the name KULT. This car features a new 1000cc EFI 3 cylinder engine from K-series and a 5 speed manual transmission with front wheel drive. The shape is completely different from the old model. The car is also equipped with keyless entry and immobilizer (anti-theft system). This ignition key is coded for exclusive use with the immobilizer. Therefore, it is impossible to start the engine without the original coded ignition. The new Cultus is also equipped with electronic power steering, electric windows, adjustable mirrors, fog lamps, chrome front grille, lightweight wheels, ABS (anti-lock braking system), and top performance. From a safety perspective, the SRS dual airbags are one for the driver and one for the passenger. Meanwhile, this is Pak Suzuki's only locally made car equipped with airbags. Although this car is not available with factory installed CNG. The new cult is currently available in 7 colors, viz. Pearl red, graphite gray, white, super pearl black, cerulean blue, silk silver and sand beige. This new cultus comes in two variants, namely VXR and VXL.

The difference between CULTUS VXR and VXL

The Cultus VXR is a very simple basic model. The VXL comes with sleek fog lamps, but the VXR doesn't.
The VXL is equipped with a power mirror, while the VXR is equipped with a simple mirror.
The VXL has side mirrors that match the body color and the VXR has black side mirrors.
The VXL has power-ups whereas the VXR has a manual grip which requires you to pull the mirror up or down with your own hands.
The VXL has a modern ABS (anti-lock braking system) which offers better traction during braking and prevents the vehicle from slipping. On the other hand, the VXR does not have an ABS system.
The Cultus VXL has lightweight wheels while the VXR has steel wheels with hubcaps.
The presence of dual airbags is the main difference between the two options. The Suzuki Cultus VXL has the latest safety features of the SRS dual air bag system, but the VXR lacks this feature. The dual airbags mean there are airbags not only for the driver but also for the front passenger.
The final and most important difference between the two versions of the New Suzuki Cultus 2017 is the price. The base version of the Cultus VXR is available for 1,250,000 PKR, while the new full version of the Cultus VXL is available for 1,391,000 PKR. Hence the difference between VXR and VXL is around Rs 1,41,000.
All authorized dealers will offer free test drives with the new Cultus starting April 23. On the same day that the test drive started, many people swapped their old Suzuki for a new Suzuki Cultus with the Suzuki swap program. Overall, the New Suzuki Cultus 2017 is a perfect hatchback that has been added to Pak Suzuki's collection. Now everyone is waiting for the new model from Suzuki Mehran and there is hope that there will be more than just a cosmetic change!

History Of Famous Car Brands

History Of Famous Car Brands  With auto companies bankrupt and losing names on the left and the right, it's important to remember that unlike Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, today's auto giants started out as small startups. Names such as Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Toyota, and Porsche are reminiscent of the success of big companies in the past and the large car families that have survived to the present day. However, behind every brand there is a blood and flesh inventor, entrepreneur or industrialist. Most of them give names to companies. And that fame is often associated with everything they meet. David Buick, who invented the air valve motor, founded the Buick Motor Car Co. In 1903, William C. Durant, the industrialist who finally found GM, took over the company in 1904 when he was experiencing financial difficulties. Buick remained a director but left the company in 1908 and never made much money with the company. He reportedly died in 1929 without being able to afford o
